Partnering for GrowthThis workshop will explore a wide range of partnerships, such as alliances, joint ventures, distributors and agents, the supply of 'non-core' service activities, development partnerships, supply partnerships and consortia of complementary competencies, and even the less conventional partnerships with apparent competitors. As well as gaining an appreciation of the strategic value (potential and actual) of the partnerships studied, participants will seek to identify the characteristics and good practices which are common to those which are most successful.
