Former Slovenian Ambassador to the EU and NATO, Director of the Slovenian Business Research Association. Extensively published, with over 60 titles and 7 books to his credit on international economic relations, particularly on regional integration, editor of several periodicals) Dr Cizelj is also currently President of NIROC, the Network of Interest Representative Offices from Candidate Countries in Brussels.
