Outline: HPL 7The HPL workshops have focussed on single team activities. Few organisations comprise a single team, although many operate as a collection of individual teams. The four day Effective Organisation workshop is alternatively known as ‘Teams of Teams’. The workshop will explore the issues caused by the interaction of teams, by changing the composition of teams and by one team having responsibility for Management. The workshop will be inductive (giving the delegates a series of experiences from which they extract their own learning) supported by a team of McCourts coaches each with many years of experience being part of and managing complex organisations.
