Geoff Bertenshaw is President of Anteryon International, a former Philips Group business specialising in high tech. optical devices, and Non-Executive Chairman of Crossline International b.v. a supplier of precision castings to the automotive components sector. Geoff is formerly CEO of Philips Hard Disc Drive Motors; Philips Optics and Philips Aerospace. He is a contributor to the LPG programme, having recently shared his experience of leading the MBO of Anteryon International on our LPG 2 Business Planning workshop.

Neil Rafferty, Former Global Operations Director of Cisco Systems, and CEO of Easynet. Neil is currently CEO of Portent Business Services, a management consulting company focusing on providing strategic advice and support through securing “growth” investment for small to medium size technology companies (£2m - £10m investment levels). Dr Finke received his PhD in inorganic chemistry from RWTH Aachen. He joined Degussa in 1985. After several positions in R&D and Production he headed the global R&D of a Degussa Business Unit. Since 2004 he is in Corporate Innovation Management responsible for R&D Communication, R&D Reporting and Internal R&D Network.
