Managing Corporate ReputationThis workshop is designed to show participants the value of a ‘good’ Corporate brand or reputation, how quickly these can be damaged, and the consequences for the organisation when this affects the willingness of customers, suppliers and other stakeholders to invest in the company. It will also show what leaders within a company can do to repair a damaged reputation or better still, to protect that reputation from damage in the first place.
