Designing the Sustainable Organization

For a company to prosper over the long term it must be able to change – and change quickly. Trends can change at a moment’s notice and companies have always to be aware of their internal strengths and weaknesses in order to react in time to gain advantage. For this leaders must be able to answer for their organisation questions such as: Where is the talent? How can we keep high-performers motivated? When can talented individuals be stretched? How do we retain high potential people and, most importantly, how can we design a flexible organization that can adapt before it is too late.
