Resourcing the Growing Company
This workshop focuses on the issues faced in resourcing a company’s growth and in particular in raising the necessary capital throughout its evolution. It examines the private, governmental and public sources of financing and looks at the differences between taking on debt and seeking investor involvement, and how these options affect the attractiveness of a business change proposal. No matter where a business is in its life-cycle, a solid understanding of how, when and where to source funding, and other expert resource, is invaluable. The workshop also covers the challenges with investor relations and relevant communications.
