Innovating for Growth
This workshop will help participants appreciate the impact of innovation on the long term and profitable growth of Companies. They will see how different companies use innovation as part of their strategies. They will be exposed to the various forms of innovation, in particular the step-change innovation and the evolutionary improvements, the need to balance them for long-term benefits and the different demands that these impose on managerial styles and organization structures. They will also be able to identify cultural aspects preventing or fostering innovation and will be exposed to techniques used to implement and monitor the process of innovation.
