Understanding Risk in the Growing Company

During this workshop participants will explore the world of decision making in uncertainty. Participants will explore the qualities of risk, both negative and positive, and will discover how these are being managed with differing levels of confidence by different stakeholder groups. 

This EIIL Masterclass ™ workshop will look at risk from the perspectives of several different stakeholders and will discover how each expresses his risk appetite and manages his exposure.
