Competitive Operations

This two day workshop will demonstrate that a possible first step to growing a business is by releasing the capabilities of the 'hidden plant' often overlooked by corporate strategists. Participants will learn how the concepts of Lean Manufacturing have been used effectively as a springboard to drive and implement a positive culture change, and corresponding improvement in performance, shorter lead times, lower stocks and greater product yields, adding an extra dimension to the search for acquisition synergies. Building upon this learning particpiants will develop a 'first steps' plan to apply the tools and techniques of continuous improvement in their workplace.
