This three day workshop looks at various national infrastructures as well as the different banking and legal systems throughout Europe. It will contribute to each participant’s development of a basic framework which will assist him/her in being able to benefit from multicultural business contact now and in the future. Using a Master Class approach, successful practitioners of cross-border business ventures and partnerships will outline their own essential tips and advice on how to conduct successful business across Europe. The course also looks at two major influences which can significantly influence the classical yardstick measures - professional and corporate culture which often take precedence over regional or national culture in a global or regional player.
