Making Multi-Cultural Mergers Work

 

This two-day workshop will demonstrate the necessary elements that have to be in place in order to firstly, survive, and secondly make successful a merger between organisations from different cultures. Participants will further develop their own personal 'cultural posture' framework and will apply it to identify the new dimensions of the organisation. The workshop will use the 'master class' approach, and through interviews with experienced practitioners of multi-cultural mergers, explore the characteristics of their success.
