Leading Teams to Higher Performance

This two-day workshop will provide participants with the opportunity to practice leading teams to deliver excellent results. The workshop will further develop the high performance team skills core to the HPL module including setting, clarifying and communicating aims, observation and reviewing to improve.

They will also practice matching an appropriate style of leadership to the situation and outcomes required. Participants will practice delegating work in such a way as to ensure expected results are delivered on time, and influencing others and winning their commitment and support.

It is mandatory to have attended an HPL0 workshop before HPL6.
