Leading High Performance Teams

This two-day workshop will again provide participants with the opportunity to practice leading teams to deliver results. It will concentrate on setting, clarifying and communicating aims, and on matching an appropriate style of leadership to the situation and outcomes required.  Participants will practice delegating work in such a way as to ensure expected results are delivered on time, and influencing others and winning their commitment and support.
