High Level Facilitation Skills

Participants on this workshop will develop the high-level facilitation skills required to improve the effectiveness of teams in achieving business results. They will develop skills in: rigorous preparation, clarifying what is required from the facilitated event, the role of the facilitator and the expectations of event sponsors and participants, event design, and event facilitation, when and how to contribute to get the required results. The importance of event follow up to ensure actions are implemented will also be a feature.
