Gaining and Maintaining the Commitment and Motivation of others

Participants will practice steering a group so as to effectively engage others who were not part of an original team. This often over-looked skill can be used on a daily basis at work and is fundamental to gaining the commitment of others. Participants will also practice observing their own and other team members’ levels of motivation in order to be able to take the appropriate action to increase the overall motivation of their team.
