Setting Aims for Strategy Development

This workshop will enable participants to develop a strategy for enhanced business performance by bringing together the different aims held by groups of stakeholders in a particular business problem. They will develop ways to select the most appropriate options, outcomes and criteria by which successful achievement will be measured. The techniques introduced will be capable of being communicated throughout the levels of an organisation to ensure that all the business teams are working towards the same common end.

It is mandatory to have attended an HPL0 workshop before HPL3.
