Effective Communicating to Implement Change

One of the principle capabilities of the future industrial leader will be the ability to communicate effectively. This workshop will introduce the 'Communication Equation' to plan and evaluate the effectiveness of a communication strategy. It will introduce strategies for communicating in a Multi-language environment; confronting media in a hostile environment; public speaking, and the influencing of a mass audience; Different approaches to different cultures and situations; preparing and delivering presentations; how to deal with difficult audiences, avoid common pitfalls, manage body language; how to ensure the key messages you want to deliver are fully understood and appreciated by your audience.
