Leading in the Multi-Cultural Environment

Workshops in this module will equip participants with a broad knowledge of the various European and global cultures they are likely to experience in their industrial leadership roles.

Participants will experience, develop and practice the application of a framework for multi-cultural interaction at work. The first part of the module will focus on developing an awareness of different cultures, and their business institutions, while the second part examines the practical application of this knowledge as future leaders begin to operate across international boundaries.
