EIIL Network
A forum for like-minded professionals: engineers, scientists, technologists, industrialists and other stakeholders in improving the supply of the industrial leaders of the future. The EIIL Network was initially established to provide members with practical support and ‘self-help’ whilst they implemented the leadership skills and knowledge they’d acquired on the EIIL workshop programme. The EIIL Network has since evolved, and its forum facilities can now also provide an opportunity for participants of EIIL conferences and Good Practice Study forums to discuss further the issues raised, and to encourage the sharing of effective practices. By accessing the knowledge and experience of the EIIL Network, members can significantly increase the value of participating in EIIL events. A valuable resource for more senior Corporate Members, strategic study partners, and professional institutions throughout Europe, the purpose of the EIIL Network is to encourage sharing of experience, and developing good practices in attracting, recruiting, developing and retaining high potential engineers and technical professionals. |
