Leading for the Long Term
Leaders at all levels in an organisation need to be aware of the threats and opportunities facing their industry, and should begin to adopt today behaviours which will be required of all companies tomorrow.
Workshops in this module will provide participants with a broad understanding of the changing issues that affect the long term future of their industry and their organisation. They will examine some of the practices which have helped shape today's most respected companies and participants will develop practical action plans to help them influence, and more effectively contribute to, their own organisation's long term future.
